Nicole Richie is just sooo wrong!

Not only is the recent re-hab grad pinned w/ saying she likes the pot and the pills, she also weighs in at a skeleton like 85 lbs…?  So, in the end, we were right peeps, she has not gained ten lbs as reported before.  So sad!  Damage Control to the resue!

Nicole Richie, arrested by the California Highway Patrol early Monday on suspicion of driving under the influence, admitted to officers that she had smoked marijuana and consumed the painkiller Vicodin, CHP Sgt. Mark Garrett tells the Los Angeles Times. Richie was arrested after CHP officers responded at 12:31 a.m. Monday to two 911 callers who reported seeing a 2005 black Mercedes SUV going the wrong way on the 134 Highway, Altadena CHP officer Todd Workman told PEOPLE Monday. “However, when the officers came into contact with the SUV in the carpool lane, it was at a complete stop facing the right direction, in the city of Burbank,” Workman said. “When officers approached, the vehicle was taken off the highway and Richie was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.” The Simple Life star, 25, was booked in Glendale and “was cooperative,” said agent John Balian of the local police force, adding that her booking sheet showed she is 5′1″ and 85 lbs.
